Biography

Charlotte started her professional life as the token female in the comedy trio 'First Slight' performing on the London circuit. She then started session singing . Since leaving Drama Centre she has appeared in many successful fringe, regional and West End productions including Peter Stein's productions of  'Troilus & Cressida’ at the RSC and 'Blackbird' at the Noel Coward Theatre, Howard Barker's  premieres of 'Ursula' and ‘Found In the Ground’. She  appeared in 'Rain Man' at the English Theatre Frankfurt.  Then performed 'The Match' by Jason Hall at Latitude Festival with the fabulous Company Of Angels. She could be seen playing Bobo Macdonald in the West End Hit  'The Audience' written by Peter Morgan and directed by Stephen Daldry. In 2016 played Bea in the regional premiére of April De Angelis' 'Jumpy' at Theatre Clwyd. Was also privileged to workwith 'Alan²' (author Alan Franks and actor Alan Williams) in a show of song and story! After that she played Thatcher, May and Sam Cam in 'David Cameron - Legacy' Marine Theatre Lyme Regis and London's Canal Café. She has performed many rehearsed readings at the RADA Workshops this year. She is currently understudying the role of Sondra in David Mamet's latest play 'Bitter Wheat' at The Garrick Theatre. Forthcoming gigs in Autumn 2019 will be with Alan Franks and folk legends Dorten Yonder also with super talented Tim Friers and The Mercenaries at various Oxford venues.
